Where is Huggins Haven RV Campground located?
Huggins Haven RV Campground is at 534 Railroad Street, St. Charles, Kentucky 42453, in western Kentucky. We are about 20 minutes from Madisonville, 30 minutes from Hopkinsville, and an easy drive to Land Between the Lakes, Pennyrile Forest State Resort Park, and Peabody Wildlife Management Area.
Is Huggins Haven open year round?
Yes. Huggins Haven RV Campground is open all year, including through hunting season and the winter months.
How much does it cost to stay at Huggins Haven?
Nightly rates are $45 to $47 depending on the site. We also offer weekly and 30 day rates, with discounts for veterans, military, first responders, seniors, and Good Sam members.
What time is check in and check out?
Check in is at 2:00 PM and check out is at 11:00 AM.
Are pets allowed at Huggins Haven?
Yes, pets are welcome. We ask that pets be kept on a leash and that owners clean up after them.
What amenities does the campground have?
Our sites are level and wooded with water and electric. The park has a stocked pond, a walking trail, a playground, fire pits, picnic tables, and long term sites available.
Can hunters use Huggins Haven as a base camp?
Absolutely. We are a year round base camp for hunters working Peabody Wildlife Management Area, Land Between the Lakes, and the surrounding western Kentucky public and private land. Early arrivals and late returns are no problem.
Do you offer long term or monthly RV sites?
Yes. We offer 30 day and long term sites, including free mobile septic service on sites without sewer hookups.
